Mawra Hocane debut Bollywood movie named “Sanam Teri Kasam”
Pakistani actress Mawra Hocane, who is currently under hot debate in her country because of her statement regarding Indian movie Phantom, is all set to make her Bollywood debut with Vinay Sapru and Radhika Rao’s movie tentatively titled “Sanam Teri Kasam,” reported Indian Express.
Mawra, who is just 22, has signed a Bollywood movie against Harshvardhan Rane. They went to Cape Town, South Africa for the shoot of their movie. According to the Indian media reports, 50 percent of the shoot has been completed and remaining is expected to complete very soon.
Reports are also suggesting that ‘Sanam Teri Kasam’ might be a remake of 1982 Bollywood hit starring Kamal Haasan and Reena Roy. Either it will be or not but Mawra has already started to compare it with Aashiqui 2.
Mawra is currently under hot debate because of her remarks related to Indian movie Phantom, which was banned by Pakistan Censor Board. Mawra spoke against the ban, which resulted in a strong response from Pakistani celebrities. Shaan Shahid even started a campaign to #BanMawra in her own country.
